Faculty Submission of Mid-Term & Final Grades
Summer 2022 (Second Five-Week and Ten-Week Courses): Aug. 8, 2022
Instructors are expected to submit all grades and in-progress contracts by the date and time posted for the given semester. Late submission of grades can hinder students’ ability to receive scholarships and financial aid, so the timely submission of grades is imperative.
- The Registrar’s Office will review grade lists for any missing grades immediately after the submission deadlines above. An NG (no grade) will be entered for missing grades so the grade roll process can move forward, and the instructor will be required to complete a change of grade form for each missing grade.
- Students are not able to see their grades in My.UAFS until the grade roll process is completed.
- The Registrar’s Office will not release individual grades to students before final grades are posted. If a student calls or emails requesting a specific grade before grades roll, they will be instructed to contact the instructor or wait until grades roll.
